Designed by Beth Brown-Reinsel
Set of patterns includes: Hat, Mittens and Scarf worked in matching Cabled Rib. Scarf uses 440 yds,. hat and mittens each use about 220 yds.
Traditionalist and ardent scholar Brown-Reinsel: “Made primarily of a cabled rib in the round, the pieces are enhanced by a cabled medallion which proclaims one’s knitting prowess. The scarf is knitted circularly in two pieces which are joined in the center; two options for finishing the ends are included.”
This design first appeared in a Classic Elite Yarns booklet in 2002.
