FiberWild Cares

We have all been touched by someone who has been affected by breast cancer.  So, for every skein of HiKoo's Rylie yarn in the Power Pink colorway, FiberWild will donate $5.00 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the end of May!

The mission of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) is to prevent and cure breast cancer by advancing the world's most promising research.  BCRF is the highest rated breast cancer organization in the U.S. with 91% of all donations going to research and awareness programs.

With your help, we were able to donate $210 to the BCRF on Mother's Day. The donation was matched dollar for dollar bringing the total donation amount to $420! Thanks to all who helped us donate.

It is our pleasure to work with Patty on her upcoming Tortola Sweater KAL! Patty has taken the idea of a KAL to a whole new level ... think of it more as an online class with how-to's and videos for the price of a pattern!

No mystery here ... we have posted a ton of pictures of both the Cap Sleeve and Tank Top version of this amazing sweater below! You can even knit the sweater with longer sleeves ... Patty will be posting pattern modification notes so you can make 1/2, 3/4 or long sleeve lengths!

Enjoy 15% off and Free Shipping!

The KAL started on February 20th and runs through mid-April.

You will need a supply of either the Lana Grossa: 365 Cotone or 365 Cashmere yarns. Both yarns are mostly cotton with a touch of polyamide for strength ... but the 365 Cashmere has a helping of soft cashmere to give it a little more luxury. Check the sizing below for the number of balls you will need ... don't forget the needles and notions!

Registration is easy, simply purchase the pattern along with your yarn!  You will be automatically registered for the KAL ... just remember to add the pattern to your Ravelry Library during the download process!

Keep all your options open ... buy an extra ball or two! ... especially if you want to make the longer sleeves! You will also need some yarn to swatch ... maybe you are just a “tight” knitter? Running out of yarn can be a real pain.  Getting more yarn, in your color, with the same dyelot can be impossible! Purchase an “insurance” ball. We're glad to accept returns on full, unused balls of yarn!
