Shipping ... How do I get my stuff?
At FiberWild!, we want to make your online shopping (and shipping) as pain-free as possible... How much do you charge for orders under $75.00? For orders under $75.00, we strive only to recover actual shipping costs. The FiberWild! website calculates actual postage for your purchase via real-time interfaces to the US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Sales taxes are not applied to shipping. What we charge you for shipping is the cost we pay for shipping. Free Shipping for orders over $75.00? What’s the catch? Okay, there are always a catch to the “Free” thing ... we can only offer Free Shipping to the contiguous US (lower 48 states and Washington DC), and Canada. All other locations are charged actual shipping costs. 
Do you charge handling fees?No. How will you ship my order? For orders under $75.00, you simply select the shipping carrier and how fast you would like your order delivered. The “Shopping Cart” page previews various shipping options along with the associated costs. Your selection of shipping method, speed and cost is made on the “Step 1 of 3 – Delivery Address and Methods” page during the checkout process. Please note, UPS cannot deliver to a post office box! For orders over $75.00, our “Free Shipping” is typically U.S. Postal Service. How fast will you ship my order? Typically, your items will ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Every effort will be made to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. We occasionally ship on Saturdays, but never on Sundays or U.S. holidays. Can I get my order faster? Yes. We do offer expedited shipping ... For orders under $75.00, simply select the shipping carrier and how fast you would like your order delivered. For orders over $75.00, if you would like expedited shipping, please request this in the “Special Instructions or Order Comments” section during the checkout process. We will work with you to expedite your order with you paying the minimum incremental costs between our typical USPS delivery and the faster method. Do you ship to the Military? Yes! We support our troops! FiberWild! gladly ships to Military addresses, both domestic and international, that includes an APO/FPO address. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service … Priority shipping fees apply for orders under $75.00. Standard military shipping restrictions apply.
