How do I purchase your downloadable patterns? Browse our selection of patterns and identify which pattern you would like to purchase. Prior to adding the product to your shopping cart, you must select whether you want to purchase a digital or a paper copy. Our website defaults to digital products, so you must select hardcopy if this is the format you would like to purchase! Click the "Go to Checkout" button to begin the check out process. You will be prompted to create an account if you have not already done so. Can I buy your digital products as a hardcopy? Yes! All of FiberWild’s digital patterns are available as both hardcopy (paper) and electronic format. In addition, many other designers provide their patterns in both hardcopy and electronic format. Prior to adding the product to your shopping cart, simply specify whether you want to purchase a digital or a paper copy. Our website defaults to digital products, so you must select hardcopy if this is the format you would like to purchase! Note ... paper copies are available, however, if all you are buying is a hardcopy pattern, the shipping cost will be approximately $5.00! Do I get a downloadable pattern if I buy the hardcopy (printed) pattern? We do not offer downloadable patterns for customers who have purchased the printed copies or vice versa. Can I return a Download? Digital products cannot be returned physically, as such, no refunds are available for this electronic product. Is my purchase immediately available for download? No. Once you have placed your order on FiberWild.com, your pattern will be available for download once your payment has cleared and we have approved the purchase. The approval process is a manual step ... we do our best to approve your download as quickly as possible. You will receive a status email with a notice that your “Downloads are Available”! If you have selected credit card as your payment option, your payment is likely to have cleared immediately, and your download is available as soon as we update your order, typically the next business day. If you have opted to pay via PayPal, your download will be available after PayPal releases the funds. If you have selected to pay with a Check/Money Order, we will release your download as soon as your check is received, deposited, and clears the bank! In any case, you will be notified by email when your download is available. Your pattern is available for download once we verify that your payment has cleared, a manual step. We will update your order and you will be notified by email. Getting your download is easy ...
Patterns are available in Adobe PDF format. You will need a copy of the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view and print the document. This is a very common document type, and the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software is like to be already installed on your computer. If you need the Adobe software, click here to Download Acrobat Reader free! Normal PDF functions like printing, searching, zooming etc are allowed and no passwords are required to read the pattern. How does FiberWild.com protect copyrights? Each document has a standard Copyright notice. Please do not copy or redistribute electronic products.
