Earning Rewards - Answers
1. How are Rewards calculated? Rewards are earned using the following percentages:

    Earn 5% account credit on orders up to $74.99
    Earn 10% account credit on orders from $75.00 to $149.99
    Earn 15% account credit on orders over $150.00

    The Rewards Program keeps track of your earnings in both points and dollars.
    A single point is worth $0.01 ... or “a penny a point.”


Example  
Subtotal of items purchased (not including shipping or taxes): $169.95
Amount Eligible for Rewards: $169.95
Rewards credited to your account: $169.95 x 15% = $25.49 (2,549 Points)

Use the $25.49 (2,549 Points) on your next www.FiberWild.com order ... easy!

2. Do I earn Rewards on all the products you sell? Just about ... except:
  • You do not earn Rewards for items already on sale.
  • You do not earn Rewards for purchasing a Gift Certificate.
  • If you are using a discount coupon, you earn Rewards on the discounted total, not the original price.
3. Are there any other exclusions? Yes. You will not earn Rewards on shipping charges or sales tax. In addition, you will not earn Rewards on orders paid for with a Reward. In other words, you will not be rewarded for using your Rewards!

Example  
Subtotal of items purchased (not including shipping or taxes): $100.00
Less Sale Items:  -$25.00
Less Gift Certificates purchased:  -$25.00
Less Rewards Used:  -$25.00
Amount Eligible for Rewards:   $25.00

Rewards credited to your account:

  $25.00 x 5% = $1.25 (125 Points)

4. When are earned Rewards credited to “My Account”? Your FiberWild.com account is credited after we ship your order. You will receive an email with an order status update when your package ships.

5. How can I review my Rewards? Simply login to www.FiberWild.com and visit My Account.” Your Rewards are also available by clicking the Rewards icon at the top of the website after you login.

6. What are “Pending” Rewards? You may see a “Rewards Pending” status on your My Account,” shopping cart or other pages. These are Rewards for a purchases that have not yet shipped. When your order is shipped, your Rewards will be automatically credited to your FiberWild.com account.

7. Can I earn Rewards by shopping in your Galena, Illinois store? Yes. When you make a purchase in our store, simply mention you would like to earn Rewards. You must request Rewards when you make your purchase! We will credit your FiberWild.com account just like you made your purchase on our website. You donít have a website account? We will gladly set one up for you!

8. Can I earn Rewards when I call with my order? Yes. When you make a purchase over the phone, simply mention you would like to earn Rewards. You must request Rewards when you make your purchase! We will credit your online account just like you made your purchase on our website. You donít have a website account? We will gladly set one up for you!

9. Can I receive Rewards for previous purchases? No.

10. What happens to my earned Rewards if I return an order? Hhhhhmmmm ... good question. In all fairness, if you buy something and return it, we will deduct the earned Rewards from your FiberWild.com account.

Spending Rewards - Answers
1. Can I spend my Rewards on anything at www.FiberWild.com? Yes. You can use your Rewards to pay for all products, gift certificates, sale items ... even shipping and sales tax, just like cash!

When you checkout, on the Payment page, simply enter the number of points in the field under Rewards Points to spend your Rewards (just remember: “a penny a point”).

2. Do my Rewards expire? Yes. You must use your Rewards within 90 days from the day your FiberWild.com account was credited.

3. Can I redeem Rewards by shopping in your Galena, Illinois store? No. You can only spend your Rewards by shopping online at www.FiberWild.com.

4. Can I redeem Rewards when I call with my order? No. You can only spend your Rewards by shopping online at www.FiberWild.com.

5. Can I redeem Rewards when I order FiberWild! products on Etsy or Ravelry? No. You can only spend your Rewards by shopping online at www.FiberWild.com.

6. If I cancel an order that I paid for with Rewards, do I get my Rewards back? Yes, as long as you cancel your order before it has shipped.

7. If I return an order that I paid for with Rewards, do I get my Rewards back? No. Call or drop a note with questions before you purchase products using your Rewards ... this way you will get exactly what you want, and wonít need to return your purchase!

8. Can I redeem my Rewards on previous purchases? No.

9. Can I redeem my Rewards for cash? No.

10. Can I transfer my Rewards to another person? No, but you can always buy a Gift Certificate and give your favorite knitter or crocheter a great present!
